10 Ups And 13 Downs From WWE WrestleMania 35

9. Styles Dragged Down To Second Gear

God bless AJ Styles for trying, but at this stage in Randy Orton’s career, it takes a miracle to move any quicker.

Styles and Orton had a grudge match at WrestleMania that technically was fine, but it just dragged on at too slow of a clip. AJ tried to ramp it up a couple times, but to no avail. Thankfully, Styles avoided the Phenomenal Forearm into an RKO that some might have expected, even faking Orton out at one point and fending him off at another.

AJ would pick up the win here, but the match itself was largely forgettable, and hardly the “main event of any PPV” that the announcers were trying to bill it.
