10 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Jan 4)
3. Table For Two, Take Two
Michael Cole was right when he called the feud between Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens over the Intercontinental Championship a heated rivalry. Its probably the best feud WWE has going right now, and both guys are just letting it all hang out right now. The best part about this rivalry is its simplicity: Ambrose beat Owens for the Intercontinental Championship, which means less money and the loss of a prize for the prizefighter, and KO wants the title back. Owens powerbombed Ambrose through the announce table last week and looked to do the same Monday, but Dean turned the tables, laid KO out on the pine and then ran the barricade to drop an elbow through Owens and the table. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kz2_iTg7zz0 The fact that Ambrose got revenge and then cradled KOs face to really rub it in just furthered the storyline, and now fans should want to see what happens next. Hopefully, their IC title rematch will get the time and attention it deserves and then deliver.
