10 Ups And 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 5)

8. Passionately Booing Reigns

The announcers were right about one thing when talking about the Raw after WrestleMania crowd: They are extremely passionate and will exercise their freedom of expression.

At no point were the fans more passionate and near-universal than they were whenever Roman Reigns was in the ring or even just on the screen. From the moment his music hit, Reigns was showered with boos, to the point that JBL had to repeat his €œthey boo people they normally cheer€ nonsense to defend Roman. They booed so much that Roman could barely get out his new tagline, €œI€™m not a bad guy; I€™m not a good guy; I€™m the guy.€

But it wasn€™t just when Roman was live on TV. The fans booed mercilessly when WWE put up pics of the press coverage of WrestleMania whenever one of the articles included a picture of Roman. Booing still shots of Reigns from media coverage? Man, that€™s dedication and consistency. Kudos.
