10 Ways To Save WrestleMania 31 After Royal Rumble Disaster

1. Sort Out The Daniel Bryan Debacle

Here we have another example of WWE blatantly ignoring the fans that ultimately pay a huge chunk of their bills by buying tickets to events. As expected, Daniel Bryan was backed to the hill by the crowd in Philly who were desperate for him to pick up that much sought after Rumble triumph. D-Bry entered the match at number 10 and was faced with Bray Wyatt, a man that was dominating everything in his sight. This spot shaped up to be special given the rivalry the pair had for a large chunk of last year. However, the powers that be gave the proverbial two fingers to the loyal Yes Movement followers that were watching as Bryan was eliminated a few short minutes later in unflattering fashion. He was simply bumped from the apron to the floor by The Buzzard. Immediately, the fans started to chant Daniel Bryan, and would continue to do so right up until the show's conclusion. Why they decided to kill old goat face's momentum is a baffling move on so many levels. Mainly, he is a champion that never officially lost his belt, surely he is deserved of shot to get it back, and having him win The Royal Rumble would have been a more logical move than what they eventually went with. WWE managed to p*ss off fans last year as they kept denying Bryan opportunity after opportunity with the huge WrestleMania XXX payoff at the end of the rainbow. Only time will tell us if they are using the same tactics this year, but sometimes you can do things one too many times. Where the former champion goes from here is anyone's guess. Surely, for the fans' sake, the only way is up.
