6. Renaming The Divas Division & Pushing Women's Wrestling

The massive chasm between the way women were presented on NXT and the main roster has been glaringly apparent for a while now.

A little over a year ago, The Four Horsewomen were down in Florida absolutely tearing it up in serious wrestling matches while The Bellas, Naomi, Paige and the WWE divas were having two minute bouts over petty issues that were glorified catfights.

The main roster women were given very little in terms of storylines and character progression and often switched alignments on a whim, with the writers trying desperately to make what happens on Raw and SmackDown coincide with the events of Total Divas.

While the ladies themselves rarely spoke out about the way they were handled, the fans did, loudly and often, and the people in charge at WWE appear to have heard them.

As of WrestleMania 32, there is no more 'divas' division, replaced by a women's world championship that the talented female workers of WWE more than deserve.

The matches are getting longer, the booking stronger and the ladies are being viewed as credible athletes rather than models in skimpy clothes.
