3. Make The Divas Division A Completely Separate Entity
Making the Divas division a separate entity could be achieved in one very simple way. Bringing back a former (and preferably fan-favourite) Diva to serve as a commissioner of the active superstars would make them feel more unique and pretty much guarantees that they would have more of their own stories and a better defined place on the weekly shows. Just imagine for example if Trish Stratus was brought back to serve in this type of role. Over time and with the right creative behind it, making the Divas division better structured and more organised is something which could develop into Trish Stratus opening Raw in place of Triple H and making a match for the Divas title later that night which fans are actually really invested in and excited about. It would take time, but a separate creative team for the Divas would really boost morale among them and be what's best for business.
