Satnam Singh's first televised singles match in AEW was a 48 second squash against Jimmy Jacobs on Ring of Honor.

Satnam Singh's second televised singles match in AEW was a Dynamite main event against Bryan Flippin' Danielson. Talk about trajectory.

This "Universe Mode Gone Mad" moment went down on  May 22nd 2024. Danielson and the rest of the Blackpool Combat Club were set to take on The Elite at Double or Nothing, so those pesky Young Bucks put a hit out on the American Dragon, inviting anyone to take him out ahead of the match. The gigantic Singh was happy to oblige.

Of all the people to put Danielson up against, in his final full-time year no less, Satnam's was a name nobody had on their list. No offence to the guy, but when you look at the rest of the AEW roster, he doesn't exactly scream "dream Bryan Danielson opponent".

The bout ended in DQ when Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal interfered. To make things weirder, all of this went down on Danielson's birthday. What a gift - for him, Singh, and for all of us.
