Accompanied by Kevin Kelly and friends, a paranoid Pillman could be seen in his front room, holding a gun and implicitly promising to kill Austin.

In response, after ransacking Brian's yard, Austin unashamedly breaks in through the front door and spits every kind of verbal and physical venom possible before he is restrained from going further. Yes, the gun was fired during the scuffle.

To the segment's credit, it shook the foundations of kayfabe to the point of collapse, albeit by jumping right into the deep-end. Even today, it's a little shocking and out of character.
