You know when a band replaces a key member and it just doesn't feel right? Well, that's exactly what happened to DX at No Way Out of Texas: In Your House.

The show, which was the final pay-per-view before WrestleMania XIV, was set to feature a big eight-man tag team main event pitting the heels against a group of babyfaces. On the good guy team, there was Owen Hart, Cactus Jack, Chainsaw Charlie, and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, whilst the villains were comprised of Triple H, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg... and Savio Vega?

How'd he get in there?

Shawn Michaels was initially earmarked for this spot, but, after he hurt his back at the Royal Rumble, he was replaced in order to preserve his planned Mania match with Austin. That's fine, a completely rational decision, but why on Earth was he replaced with Savio Vega? A guy who had nothing to do with DX before or after this match?

Vega was in his own stable at the time, Los Boricuas, and Chyna was right there!

This choice is still baffling even after all this time.
