10 Wild Outside Bets To Win WWE Royal Rumble 2024
5. Tiffany Stratton
WWE has big, big things planned for Tiffany Stratton - and regular viewers of NXT are watching with interest as she gently slides down the card following her breakthrough Women's title win last year.
This isn't a demotion; in the paradoxical limbo between the two WWE realms, a relegation in developmental is the same as a prepared main roster push. Stratton is arriving, and soon - but when, exactly?
Traditionally, WWE debuts at least one NXT star on the Raw after WrestleMania, when the wider narrative needs something of a refresh after the big, ongoing stories have concluded (or, more cynically, to make things slightly less tedious as WWE promotes Backlash, the Home Alone 2 of wrestling shows).
But Stratton's character is that of a spoiled Cali brat entitled to greatness via the immense athletic gifts bestowed upon her - and it makes a weird sort of sense for her to outright win the Royal Rumble at the first attempt.
It's probably not happening, but Stratton - blonde, athletic, telegenic, well-versed in the comedic stylings beloved by WWE - is a hybrid of every favoured WWE sensibility.
