Ridiculously known as Blue Pants in NXT, Leva Bates left the company in less than cheery circumstances last year and is somewhat unlikely to return. Still, Bates continues to do fantastic work outside of the WWE, mostly in Shimmer. Bates has been working a cosplay gimmick of sorts for a while now, making for some truly creepy aesthetics.

Much like Courtney Rush, Bates has a degree in theatre and a minor in dance studies, meaning that she comes with a keen understanding of physical performance outside of the wrestling ring. If Sister Abigail has to have a physical presence then it truly needs to be as subtle as possible. We don't need to see Abigail applying a chin-lock any time soon, you know?

Leva Bates has the acting ability, not mention the damn creepy voice, to be a more than excellent Sister Abigail.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
