10 Worst Things Vince McMahon Has Ever Done

1. The Later Years, Various

WWE performed only temperature checks when mass testing became available as the coronavirus pandemic unfolded into something that would take significantly more than a fortnight to "flatten".

The promotion never missed a live taping, was the last major enterprise to eventually and reluctantly cancel a major event, and only started testing talents for COVID-19 when a major outbreak affected the Performance Center that had doubled as its residency. When it became apparent that it wasn't going away, several independent contractors went away, instead, in order for WWE to guarantee maximum record profits. WWE, being appalling, has the nerve to depict itself as a "family". Some of the kids were left to fend for themselves and were forced from the homes they were ordered to live in, but still.

A family.

Even before the world radically changed, and capitalism still stubbornly refused to unravel despite being untenable, WWE had devolved into full evil empire territory by willingly propagandising the Saudi Arabian kingdom as part of its ugly arrangement with the Saudi General Sports Authority. The controversy surrounding the deal was at its most intense when dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi was murdered and dismembered. In response to this grim international geopolitical incident, WWE severed ties.

Just kidding: Vince approved a line in which WWE appeared to poke fun at Jamal's parts being severed from his body.
