10 Worst TNA PPV Endings Ever

8. TNA Turn Their Biggest Babyface Heel (For No Reason) - Genesis 2010

The first main event on this list that actually provided excellent in-ring action - no great surprise considering the participants. AJ Styles and Kurt Angle squared off in a face-vs-face encounter for AJ's TNA Championship, putting on a fantastic back-and-forth contest. Unfortunately, all their good work was undone by a terrible booking decision. With the help of Ric Flair (who took out the referee as AJ tapped to the ankle lock), Styles turned heel to win the match, smashing Kurt with the title belt en route to victory. In hindsight, turning one of the company's longest-serving, most loyal babyfaces heel was a terrible idea - not least because he and Flair shared relatively little chemistry, and the storyline revolved around the notion of The Nature Boy making Styles his protege. Furthermore, AJ had only held the TNA Championship for a few months by this point, an incredibly long-awaited reign that would have best been executed with Styles playing the same fan favourite he always had. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5i2Lc93vc4
