10 Worst WWE Mistakes In 2018 (So Far)

What happens in New Orleans stays in New Orleans?

Contrary to popular belief, Roman Reigns doesn't totally suck, and he's not pro wrestling's devil in 2018. If booked correctly, Reigns is a credit to WWE, can work against all shapes and sizes, and deliver decent promos when the material is good.

That's just it: the material is dreadful.

The way Roman has been presented is only one of the main mistakes WWE have made so far this year. There have been positives too, of course, and it's been great to see the writers pull the best from Shinsuke Nakamura by turning him heel, give Daniel Bryan a chance to do what he loves again and shine a light on the organic popularity of Seth Rollins.

Those plus points, sadly, are being overwhelmed by a sea of crap flooding in elsewhere. Will these mistakes cost WWE in the long run? Probably not, but they are bothersome because things could and should be so much better week-to-week.

WWE's creative team have shown they can get it right, so it's not cool to see them make so many errors in judgement less than six months into 2018...
