10 Worst WWE Promotional Images Ever

A forgotten fixture in WWF lore, promotional images were heavily used throughout the 1980's and 90's. The cost-effective photos were sent virtually everywhere to serve as free flyers for the company around the country. From posters in WWF Magazine to being sent to supporters of Feed God's Children, the WWE littered any place they could find with graphics of their biggest stars. With advances in media WWE has instead opted to go for web-based promotion in order to cut costs. Promo images still exist, of course, but not in the same manner in which the company utilized them for years. Today you're most likely to find an actual WWE print image at a superstar autograph signing. The old school images are telling of how wrestling has changed. The evolution of characters, trends, colors, and especially hair are evident when comparing photographs from High Energy's 1992 shoot and any graphic you see on Raw today.
