10 Worst WWE Shop Shirts Of 2017
Be sure to avoid these stocking killers while shopping this holiday season.
WWE Shop is bigger now that it has ever been before, constantly pumping out new merchandise for virtually every member of the WWE roster. Wrestling fans should always be proud to support their favorite superstars by wearing their shirts, not only at events but out in public as well.
There's a ton of designs on the site that non-wrestling fans would find cool, but there're also a number of shirts that would make you feel embarrassed to be a WWE aficionado as well.
Perhaps the superstars pitch these awful ideas for merchandise, or maybe someone from WWE Shop actually thought fans would be dumb enough to buy them. Whatever the case might be, the site has churned out some pretty deplorable pieces of merch over the course of 2017 for wrestlers who deserved better.
How these designs weren't axed immediately is a mystery (it's almost as if it was intentional for them to be so bad), but the best thing a loyal WWE fan can do is avoid these atrocities at all costs so further shame isn't brought upon the wrestling culture.
10. "All The Way" (Dolph Ziggler)
Truth be told, Dolph Ziggler has never had the greatest merchandise over the course of his lengthy WWE career. The distracting colors and lame catchphrases such as "Stealing the Show and Your Girl" and "It's Too Bad I'm Too Good" ruin any appeal his tees might have, and his latest piece of merchandise is no exception.
Ziggler has had a bit of an identity crisis this year, and his bright pink "All the Way" shirt that was released earlier this year was a glaring of example of that. It was right around the time he turned heel, but instead of evolving, he continued to look like a cheesy 1980s movie character, hence the design.
It would be clever if it was an inside joke alluding to how WWE will never go "all the way" with Ziggler, but beyond that, it makes no sense and hasn't added to his heel persona whatsoever. His merchandise needs as much of an upgrade as his gimmick does.
