10 Worst WWE Women’s Champions Ever

4. Stephanie McMahon

If you think Stephanie McMahon taking credit for the women's revolution is sickening now, then jump into the nearest time machine and head back to the year 2000. Back then, Steph was WWF Women's Champion for 146 whole days.

During a summer spent with the belt draped over her shoulder like she was the second coming of Rockin' Robin, McMahon defended it exactly twice, both times against Lita.

To be fair, she wasn't a wrestler. Her McMahon-Helmsley Regime gimmick with Triple H and his D-Generation X cronies was over too, so it may not seem like the worst idea to put the title on Steph. Only someone who didn't watch quality female workers like Jacqueline and Ivory be pushed aside would say that.

Stephanie wasn't quite the well-rounded performer she is now in 2000, either. In over her head with a title she didn't deserve, McMahon was thankfully dethroned by an actual wrestler (Lita) who had earned the opportunity to carry the division.
