It's high time that WWE moved away from terms like 'Diva', especially if they expect people to take their female performers seriously. Over in MMA, women like Ronda Rousey have been setting positive examples for young women and regularly perform with credibility. Meanwhile in WWE, many of the females are still treated like eye candy, despite recent attempts to change that.

WWE haven't helped themselves in that regard, presenting programming like Total Divas one minute, then serious in-ring content the next. It seems management are ready to do away with the Divas division, simply calling it - once again - the women's division. The WWE Women's Title will be a new belt, and the company may well present it as quickly as the post-WrestleMania edition of Monday Night Raw.

This means that whomever comes out of the WWE Divas Title Triple Threat at 'Mania 32 will be the last to hold the championship as it is. Charlotte defends against both Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks on the show, with the winner likely going on to be handed the brand new title once it's ready.
