10 WrestleMania 33 Matches Fans Want (But Won’t Get)

4. AJ Styles Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

After the utterly insane classic that was Kenny Omega versus Kazuchika Okada at last week's Wrestle Kingdom 11, talk began to swirl that WWE's higher-ups took notice and wanted to fight back. They wanted WrestleMania to feature a match that could steal the show in the same way.

Well, first of all, good luck. Second of all, the best possible combination WWE could probably put together would be current WWE Champion AJ Styles versus current NXT Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. It's a proven winner - the two battled at Wrestle Kingdom 10 in a match that, while not in Omega-Okada territory, was still a classic.

It would be unprecedented to see the same match happen in the Tokyo Dome and at WrestleMania in the span of 15 months, but it would also require a lot of moving parts to line up right - Nakamura has to lose the NXT title, come to the main roster, get drafted to Smackdown, and start a program with Styles. There are too many variables to expect it to happen this year.
