8. WrestleMania X - Bret Hart vs. Yokozuna Upstaged By Bret Hart Vs. Owen Hart & Shawn Michaels Vs. Razor Ramon

Bret Hart is put in the unique position of upstaging himself at WrestleMania X, which ended up being a two-match show. Bret book-ended the show with the opener and the closer, the former being arguably the greatest opening match in 'Mania history. Later in the night, just before the main event, Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon had the first ladder match on Pay Per View and completely revolutionized a new gimmick. Ironically, it was a gimmick match that Bret Hart himself introduced to the WWF, and he was always salty about the fact that Michaels was given credit as the innovator of the ladder match. Being upstaged by Shawn at WrestleMania X just threw more salt into the wound.
