Brock Lesnar's scar - an extra line just under his left eye - may be barely noticeable, but the simple fact that someone left a permanent mark of the face of "The Beast" warrants mention. During Lesnar's absence from WWE, he became an MMA fighter and quickly rose up the ranks, capturing the UFC Heavyweight Title from the legendary Randy Couture in 2008. In subsequent title defenses, Lesnar pummeled Frank Mir and absorbed an assault from Shane Carwin to pick up a submission win, but a bout with Cain Velasquez looked different. Velasquez had an amateur wrestling background that nearly matched Lesnar's, and many assumed they were in for a technical clinic. That wasn't how it happened. Velasquez dominated Lesnar, winning via KO in the first round and tearing Lesnar's face open with a particularly powerful shot. On that night, Lesnar was definitively humbled. Still, give him credit - even with a gaping wound under his eye, he managed to work an angle with The Undertaker.
