4. The Warlord
How do we know? Testified about his use during Vince McMahon's criminal trial. One of the most thickly muscled wrestlers of the late '80s and early '90s, The Warlord was considered something of a neon sign and almost the stereotype of a wrestler whose primary skill was shooting steroids. He had very little mobility and flexibility, as if he was too big for his own good. He never talked, rarely had good matches, and while he wasn't completely untalented, he needed a special opponent with strong chemistry to do anything especially interesting. The worst thing that ever happened to him was that he was made a singles wrestler. Teaming with The Barbarian as The Powers of Pain, he could be hidden, as Barbarian was a great athlete who turned into an incredibly gifted and underrated wrestler.
