10 Wrestlers Daniel Bryan MUST Face In AEW
4. Jungle Boy
Bryan’s wrestling skills are matched by his wrestling brain, and even when he hangs up his boots, whether that’s in one year or 10, any federation would be blessed to have him around as a producer or trainer. For the young stars of AEW, he could be a godsend, and few have shown as much promise as Jungle Boy.
The youngster had one of his highest profile matches to date on a recent Dynamite taking on Kenny Omega for the AEW title. Once again, he was given a step up and proved himself equal to it. Put him in the ring with someone of Daniel Bryan’s calibre and there’s no doubt he’ll raise himself to the challenge once again.
AEW has proved itself adept at nurturing its young talent thus far, and they’ve often looked to do so by pairing them with someone more experienced. This wouldn’t need to be some long running angle, but a good, competitive match against Daniel Bryan, especially if it takes place early on in his run, would be such a boon for Jungle Boy and those of his ilk, the future of the business.
