10 Wrestlers From ECW’s Final Year You Totally Don’t Remember

6. HC Loc

Diehard ROH fans may be reading this with raised eyebrows.

Yes, this former Ring Of Honor Tag Champ did wrestle a scatter of matches for the original ECW between 1999-2000. He even scored a win over list-opener Chilly Willy, for goodness sake. If that doesn't elevate him to legendary status, then nothing will.

OK enough jokes. Loc was hired by Heyman after impressing in a tryout match set up by Dory Funk Jr. After that, he balanced working his thug gimmick on house shows and episodes of Hardcore TV with helping set up rings as part of ECW's live event crew.

His most high-profile match was a 'Falls Count Anywhere' brawl on the 1 October 2000 episode of Hardcore TV; HC Loc joined the likes of Steve Corino, Justin Credible, Jerry Lynn and Rhino in the bout. He must've been feeling pretty good about his prospects in the company after that one.

Weirdly, that ended up being his second last booking for ECW.
