10 Wrestlers Malakai Black MUST Face In AEW

The thought of this match only a year ago would be absolutely ludicrous, as Sting's in-ring fate seemed set, and Black was stuck in a company that The Icon had long left behind. But, the times have changed, and this spectacle of a dream match could actually be on the cards.

Both Sting and Black have obvious visible connections, as their dark looks are closely knit. Further from this, it would make sense to pair them up, as seeing Malakai Black take on a legend like Sting and come out victorious would help him become an instant main event star.

It's certain that Sting's in-ring work wouldn't entirely match up to Black's usual standard - mainly because of his injury and age - but he's shown that he's still got plenty of gas left in the tank, and just seeing these worlds collide would be enough to make their encounter epic.

This would be an easy choice to make, and although Sting might not be able to pull off a long singles match, there are plenty of ways to shorten the duration of their bout creatively. In the end, the risk would be worth the reward.
