10 Wrestlers Ready To Become NXT's Top Stars

6. Killian Dain

On the topic of big pushes, the group SAnitY has been one of the bigger focal points of NXT in 2017. Eric Young's championed his demonic, cult-like crew to NXT's upper mid-card with matches against Roderick Strong, Kassius Ohno, Tye Dillinger, and even NXT Women's Champion Asuka, but the breakout star of this group is likely to be the 300+ pounder, Killian Dain.

Dain's already experienced a taste of the main roster, having competed in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 33 and lasted until the final three participants. Although EY has been positioned as the focal point and leader, Dain is the bigger threat, physically, especially given Vince McMahon's penchant for monster-sized wrestlers.

Traditional thinking would say Dain needs to break away from SAnitY in order to capitalize on his potential, but perhaps he could take over as the group's leader. Sanity's gimmick is good enough, if quite derivative, thanks to the performances of its members - but the plus-sized Killian Dain has monster heel potential, and a betrayal of the undersized leader could catapult Killian to the top of NXT.
