9. The Rockers
Stories of The Rockers' revelry in the 1980s were legendary and occasionally even overlapped with life in WWE.
Their initial run in 1988 was terminated before it began after a bar fight broke out based on reputation and the pigheaded attitude of new (then, former) colleague Jimmy Jack Funk. A relatively quick return led to partying that wore as hard on the bodies of Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty as the backdrop bumps they'd take against the giants they worked with night after night.
It came between the pair eventually. A self-destructive side to the post-match partying resulted in the two gradually growing apart. Jannetty's rotten hangover at WrestleMania VI was allegedly part of the reason the pair lost a nothing match The Orient Express on the biggest show of the year, and the future 'Mr WrestleMania' had his eyes on a bigger prize.
