10 Wrestlers That Couldn't Hide How Much They Hated Their Jobs
7. Eddie Guerrero (One Night Stand 2005)
There are two big reasons why the One Night Stand 2005 match between Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero never gets any kind of play or mentions when it comes to eulogising 'Latino Heat', but only one is due to his opponent.
Feeling the need to lionise the former WWE Champion as often as possible due to the particularly tragic circumstances around his death, the company have just about managed to erase all memories of this sterile and awkward clunker due to their careful treatment of all Benoit material. Lost to that is the stinking attitude Guerrero has throughout.
The idea behind the booking was that the dream match had never occurred in ECW until then, but expected classic completely failed to materialise.
Guerrero was apparently angry with the crowd paying more attention to the WWE stars in the balcony, angry with the planned finish, angry at the finish (he suffered a broken nose in the Crippler Crossface) and was even seen mouthing "I owe you one" in a moment of contrition through the blood-red mist.
