10 Wrestlers That Couldn't Hide How Much They Hated Their Jobs

4. Stephanie McMahon (Monday Night Raw, 30th September 2013)

Two wrongs don't make a right, and the stench of chauvinism loaded in Dusty Rhodes' outstretched hand needs to be addressed as such...but few characters warranted the moment more than Stephanie McMahon.

Yet another Raw taken over by yet another Authority promo found Dusty Rhodes at the centre of their latest act of manipulation. 'The Dream' had seen his son abused by the group, and was about to absorb some physical damage of his own from a tearful Big Show in an act of submission to the group. WWE will, straight-faced, tell you this was all to push Daniel Bryan, but it's your job as a discerning fan to never ever believe that long flailing strand of fish sh*t.

Anyway, this partcular moment caught McMahon so off guard that she dropped hers. Constantly playing herself as being above every single thing happening, she looked seething as she slapped away Rhodes' patronising pie-face.

Ultimately, fans savoured her being caught off guard - the misunderstood internal belief that her once-a-year WrestleMania comeuppance was enough during this era was yet another ingredient in a toxic mix. Rhodes causing the 'Billion Dollar Princess' to break outside of the norm came with a rather guilty catharsis.
