10 Wrestlers That Stole Others Wrestler's Masks

3. Kane (Rey Mysterio)

A strange one all round this.

Kane carried a mask around in a little bag for ages, with most people assuming it must be his own and some sort of dark callback to his old character was forthcoming. 'The Big Red Machine' putting the mask back on was a favourite amongst his biggest followers for a long time, bringing to question what exactly it was they liked about the unmasked version. "Is he alive, or is he dead?" he'd ask to nobody in particular, teasing further that a return to his old form was incoming.

Anyhow, out-of-his-depth Raw General Manager Mike Adamle decided that he didn't want kids copying all this...bag carrying, so ordered Kane to reveal it. And yet again, Rey Mysterio had been robbed of his prized possession.

It turned out that Kane had beaten Mysterio so bad that he'd claimed it as a trophy. This wasn't a scrap we'd seen or even been given any motivation for, and when the 'Biggest Little Man' returned weeks later, there wasn't a mark on him.

Weird weird weird, but Kane fanatics got about a month out of wishing the past back to life, sooo.
