Part of the appeal of TNA's re-branding is the nostalgia felt for the promotion's glory days. In that regard, they need to bring in some old blood, cherishing the homegrown talent that carried them through the best and worst times. Well, who could be better than The Cowboy, James Storm?

This veteran wrestler is an absolute staple of the company, having spent almost all of his career in TNA. His tag runs alongside Chris Harris as America's Most Wanted and Bobby Roode as Beer Money, Inc. are beloved memories. He has also proven himself to be a great singles star, winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Now, Storm has cited multiple reasons for his decision to leave the company in 2018. But times have changed since then, and TNA appears to be a far easier place to work now. The company would no doubt welcome him with open arms, and he could revel in his status as a legend in the promotion.
