10 Wrestlers We Can't Wait To See Miro Face In AEW
3. Kenny Omega
Anyone who has watched Rusev's WWE title match with AJ Styles from Extreme Rules 2018 knows immediately how good this potential pairing could be. Miro is a physical performer, able to keep up with the pace of smaller faster men and is more than capable of creating wonderful matches with some of the best in the world.
That Styles match had wonderful drama over Rusev potentially getting the job done, in addition to fantastic limb selling on Rusev's behalf. Imagining what he could do without creative restrictions against Kenny Omega in his prime is euphoric.
The best part of this potential match is that it wouldn't matter what man played the heel or the babyface. It could work with any morality for either man. If Miro's the heel, then he's the bigger guy trying to stifle a lightning-fast Kenny Omega's knee strikes and suplexes. If Omega's the heel, then Miro gets to show his babyface abilities like he did with Styles and motivate the fans behind him to stop this antagonist.
The two are almost guaranteed to have electric chemistry and considering Omega's skills as a worker, there's almost no way that a 20-minute singles match wouldn't deliver.
