Running just two seasons, G vs. E - later renamed to the full Good vs. Evil - ran for two reasons, on USA Network in its first, and later on Sci-Fi for its second season. It debuted in 1999, and being on USA, shared a network with the WWE/F - which made a crossover between the two simple.

Yet who from the WWE universe would appear on the show, which featured special agents under the command of Heaven taking on the forces of Hell, and hunting down lost souls? The Undertaker? Kane?

Well, it turned out to be none other than Mankind himself. Playing himself. And the crossover would go both ways: the stars of G vs. E would turn up on RAW in October, 1999 to promote Mick Foley's appearance (in character) on the show.

This was the point where Foley was at his peak: Hell in a Cell was not that far behind him, he was starring in Chef Boyardee commercials (good enough for all mankind!), and turning up on this, Boy Meets World, and elsewhere. It's a footnote in a long and varied career, but it's always nice to see Mick.
