Chris Jericho is wrestling’s true troubadour for his versatility and working on top for as long as he has. He’s reinvented himself countless times in his career, with fans having vastly different opinions on what their favourite Jericho period in wrestling is.

After first working for Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling, numerous Mexico promotions, Smoky Mountain Wrestling and WAR, he joined ECW (1995-1996) where he’d win the ECW World Television Championship and wrestle future legends like Cactus Jack, Rob Van Dam and Sabu. He’d move on to WCW (1996-1999), making a name for himself in their popularized cruiserweight division.

Growing frustrated with his position in the company, highlighted by WCW refusing to book an angle with him and Goldberg when he already did all the groundwork for it, he left for the WWF (1999-2018) where he laid out a Hall of Fame career as the first Undisputed Champion and participated in classic bouts against the likes of Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit. In one of his hiatuses from WWE, Jericho actually appeared for TNA at their Bound for Glory pay-per-view in 2006 – just not as a wrestler, but as a singer with his band Fozzy. After a run in NJPW where he reinvented himself once more with his ‘Painmaker’ character, he signed with AEW (2019-present) in a colossal announcement and is a regular on their weekly Dynamite show.
