10 Wrestlers Who Are Perfect Additions For Current Factions
7. Erik Redbeard - The Dark Order
Ever since the tragic passing of Brodie Lee, The Dark Order has been seemingly directionless. While now one of the most popular groups in AEW, they have been stuck without much in the way of storyline, with the lone exception being helping Adam Page on his journey to the AEW World Championship.
What the group needs more than anything is a return to form of having a serious leader to legitimize them. While it would be unfair to put Erick Redbeard in that position and expect the same results as when Brodie was in charge, it is likely the best thing for both the group and the former Erick Rowan if they were to pair up. Having Redbeard come back to AEW after his sporadic appearances and announce he is signing and taking over the helm of Dark Order to honor the legacy of his former tag team partner, could be the perfect way to validate the group once again.
Unlike Brodie, Redbeard probably does not have the in-ring skills to be a main event level talent for AEW, but joining The Dark Order and building on the legacy left by Mr. Brodie Lee would be an excellent change of pace for the faction as a whole.
