When Damian Priest showed up at ringside during Edge's match with AJ Styles, fans could already see that it was a welcome change of pace for the former United States Champion. Having spent the previous months talking about and showing the WWE Universe his dark side, he was the perfect superstar to join Edge after The Rated-R Superstar's own change in character. Now that their new tandem is up and running, there is another member of the WWE roster who would be a welcome addition to this group: Rhea Ripley.
Ripley transitioned from a generic blond babyface into The Nightmare we know and love after her first appearance in the Mae Young Classic back in 2017. Since then, Rhea has dominated both NXT and Raw's women's divisions, before getting lost in the shuffle in recent months on the main roster. Her teaming with Nikki A.S.H. and Liv Morgan, while fun, was never going to last, with Ripley turning on her latest partner earlier this month.
Now that The Nightmare has returned to her sinister ways, her character is a perfect fit to join Edge and Damian Priest and to bring judgement onto WWE's women's division.
