10 Wrestlers Who Became Successful After Getting Repackaged

6. Bray Wyatt

No one was going to take Husky Harris seriously. He was a big man with a solid amount of agility, but as a character, he had nothing that made him really stand out. Despite being part of the New Nexus and featured rather prominently on WWE programming, no one really expected anything big out of him; to many people, he was just another €˜big guy€™ without a direction. Seriously, his first name could just as easily have been used as an adjective to describe him; that€™s how uncreative the creative team was at that time. But all of that ended in 2012. Beginning in April 2012, Windham Rotunda began going by the name Bray Wyatt, and developed a unique character. He became the leader of a backwoods cult, speaking cryptically, and considered himself more monster than human. In time he recruited Luke Harper and Eric Rowan, and together they became the Wyatt Family, which dominated NXT until their debut on WWE€™s main shows in 2013. Wyatt€™s promos and mysterious aura have been blessings for fans who€™ve wanted to see something new from the WWE. Many have compared his character and his mind games to the Undertaker, only more comfortable with a microphone. Wyatt has demonstrated a dark charisma and unique speaking ability that have allowed him to truly make a niche for himself in WWE. Not to mention the fact that he has a lot of agility for a 300-pounder, can perform that creepy upside-down walk, and has a powerful-looking finisher. Bray Wyatt is only 27 years old, and already he is considered to be one of the biggest stars in WWE. Though he hasn€™t won any titles yet, he is certainly getting a lot more attention than he would€™ve gotten if he stayed as Husky Harris. If everything goes well, and he is booked properly and strongly, he could very well become a top man in the company very soon.
