10 Wrestlers Who Completely No Sold Finishers
1. Hulk Hogan (Again!)
It was one thing (or...several things) to no-sell every finisher that came Hulk Hogan's way for nearly a decade, not least when behind the scenes the wrestlers themselves were glad to be giving the move up against the world's top draw and earning one of the biggest paydays.
It was quite another to draw from this absurdist past several years later for spot that did nothing but damage the already-tarnished legacies of everybody out there.
Such was the case at Clash of the Champions XXX when, just sixteen months before Hogan's entire career was revived by dropping a big leg on Randy Savage, his health was revived by the Macho Man dropping his patented elbow despite them being on the same team.
In a callback to their legendary feud that would have been cute if it wasn't so f*cking charmless, Hogan popped up from the move as he always had done and the two of them went on to easily beat loser heels The Dungeon Of Doom. Savage's elbow survived this egregious finisher abuse, but Hogan's babyface stock only slid further before the nWo served as his top-line life raft.
