10 Wrestlers Who Could Be AEW's HUGE Full Gear 2023 Debut

What if Tony Khan's huge announcement is MJF putting pen to paper on an AEW contract extension? That, perhaps more than many of the names listed here, would come as a huge relief to company hardcores who desperately want lil' Max to stay. Most think he's WWE bound soon-ish, but maybe not.

Again, money talks.

Friedman is a businessman, and he knows he has a lot of time to make that WWE dream his reality. There's absolutely no rush - another 2-3 years on AEW's watch might actually work out in MJF's favour. Just think how good he'll be by 2027. It's an interesting thought when put like that.

Khan must be fretting about the thought of Triple H swooping in to scoop up one of his best homegrown stars in 2024. MJF's deal with All Elite is slated to run out early next year, so it's hardly an impossibility that TK has chucked serious cash on the negotiating table to keep his man.
