10 Wrestlers Who Could Be In Edge's New WWE Stable
7. Mace & T-BAR
Getting rid of Retribution was a first step. Now we need to free Dio Maddin and (especially) Dominik Dijakovic from their ridiculous costumes and terrible monickers, and give the pair something good to do.
So careless has the main roster use of these two been that the ostensible last vestiges of Retribution are no longer on the same brand. For all that their partnership came from a terrible angle, Mace and T-BAR did actually make a good team, and they could be put to far better use with just a smidgen of effort.
Edge’s new stable has Brood vibes in its goth trappings and his cool emergence from the ground at WrestleMania 38. To extrapolate a step further, this could see Maddin and Dijakovic pick up the mantle of The Acolytes, two big bad dudes who don’t seem into all the occult stuff too much but are certainly up for the opportunity to pulverise some fools.
Everyone involved in Retribution has been tainted, some beyond repair. It’s not too late for these two - just let them do something cool for a change. They deserve it.
