10 Wrestlers Who Could Be The Surprise Entrant In AEW Face Of The Revolution Ladder Match

7. Mil Muertes

El Rey Network

Yes, Mil Muertes did just make his debut for Major League Wrestling at the star of the year. He's not officially signed a contract with them, however, as far as public knowledge is concerned anyway.

The former Lucha Underground Champion was undoubtedly one of that company's greatest assets. Week after week, Muertes was producing yet another banger against Rey Fenix, Prince Puma, Penta el 0M, Matanza Cueto, you name it; Muertes is one of the best.

He's not really landed on his feet since the company ceased operations, though. Primarily wrestling in Mexico and lower-ranked American indies, Mil Muertes is wasting his talents away by not being featured regularly on a major stage. His MLW run just now is as big as it has gotten.

It's important to note that even if Muertes were to be the surprise entrant and subsequently make further appearances for All Elite, he wouldn't necessarily have to stop appearing for MLW. Daivari and TJP also appear in Impact Wrestling, Lio Rush has recently started working for New Japan, and, of course, Brian Pillman Jr. is an AEW regular.

Muertes coming into AEW would merely be a case of The Forbidden Door creaking open just a tiny bit more.
