8. Paige
A left field option: make Paige the Taker of the diva's division.
At this point, Paige is one of the few solid female workers the WWE has left, although there's a solid crop brewing down in NXT. Still, Paige is up there at the top, and has been wrestling since she was thirteen years old! She already has a pretty unique look (dark/gothic), and with a little bit of production value, you could set her up as a monster diva that no one can beat clean.
Given the general fan disinterest in the diva division (which isn't so much the girl's fault as the lack of solid booking, screen time, and development issues), this could actually turn heads. Start Paige on a monster WrestleMania streak as well, and soon enough, the comparisons will come: you'll have the female Undertaker.
This is something that might have worked better with Awesome Kong/Kharma, but frankly, Kong is no longer with the promotion, and Paige has a better shot at being really, really over with the fans.
