Nobody has cracked the WWE code like Brock Lesnar, who has essentially had the world's biggest wrestling promotion eating from the palm of his hand since returning in 2012.

This has caused problems. Brock's push and presentation make him a divisive figure, as WWE have a tendency of using him to eat those around him alive. Elimination Chamber 2022 would be the most recent example, with Brock destroying the field to become WWE Champion with four straight eliminations, not only adding another belt to his impending Roman Reigns match, but reiterating that the company sees him on a level far beyond anyone under full-time employ. That he is likely paid more than everyone else and effectively gets to pick and choose his own schedule adds to the resentment.

Really, people should blame the system, not the man. Brock is doing what's best for Brock. He understands his worth and value to WWE and uses this to his advantage. Building his own unique negotiating system, there's no need for him to hit the road and bust his ass every week when he can crush it, get rich, and main-event shows without the grind.

He's still awesome, too. Say what you will about the push, but the Brock Lesnar bull-rush is a unique pro wrestling thrill, even in 2022.
