5. Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt wasn’t able to eliminate anyone in the Royal Rumble, but he looked fantastic throughout. The Eater of Worlds lasted 24 minutes before Roman Reigns eventually threw him out, and continues to excel in Randy Orton’s company. Finally, WWE are putting a significant level of trust in Wyatt as a major star, and the damage done through years of mis-booking is starting to wear away.

The next logical step for Bray is to become a bonafide main eventer on SmackDown. Scoring the decisive pinfall in the Raw vs. SmackDown Survivor Series elimination match was the first step, the Rumble was the second, and Elimination Chamber could be the third. Bray will be one of six athletes fighting for the WWE Championship, and WWE could do a lot worse than put the belt around his waist if they want to make the most of his revival.

This would set up a huge match with current partner Randy Orton at WrestleMania 33. The duo are bound to explode eventually, and it’s only a matter of time before Orton sticks a knife in Wyatt’s back. Where better than the biggest show of the year to end their months-long storyline, and cement the winner’s status as one of the most important men in the company? Fans have been pining for a big Wyatt push for years, and it’s time to finally deliver.
