10 Wrestlers Who DESPERATELY Need Something New In 2026
4. Private Party
"Oh my god, is that Private Party?" More like oh my god, where is Private Party?
Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen won the AEW World Tag Team Championship from The Young Bucks in October 2024, only to drop them at the start of the year on January 22, 2025 to The Hurt Syndicate.
That was their last appearance in All Elite Wrestling for the entire year. Their only other match anywhere, actually, was at HOG City of Dreamz in March.
Nothing has been reported that either of them are injured, so why are they just sitting out the entire year? Does Tony Khan truly have no idea how to utilize them a single time in over five hours of AEW/ROH programming per week for nine whole months?
If and when they return to AEW, having them come back as their previous selves will likely not get a great reaction or put them back in the title scene. They'll probably be back to their previous spot of being good hands who lose.
Maybe it's time to see what they can do outside of AEW in a company like TNA or even NXT, if WWE is interested. Under different writers, they could recapture the magic.
