10 Wrestlers Who Got Hit With A Car (And WHO DID IT!)

9. Rowdy Roddy Piper (By Goldust)

This ruled.

A feature spot in a match underrated for how violent and real-feeling it all was (especially at the time), Goldust mowing down a maniacal Roddy Piper just to get the hell away from the bat-wielding nutter was the sort of sh*t that went mostly unseen in mid-1990s WWE.

WrestleMania XII's Hollywood Backlot Brawl was a mixture of pre-taped car park fight, OJ Simpson chase footage and kink-shaming, but the gusto both the 'The Bizarre One' and the 'Hot Scot' approached the whole presentation with was to be admired. Especially during this act of jaw-dropping vehicular menace.

Aiming to escape in his gold Cadillac, a beaten and bloodied Goldust slammed foot to floor, sending Piper careering in the same direction. Both Piper and Goldust have confirmed separately that this was a shoot, too - Dustin Runnels noted how the spot called for Roddy to move, but the former They Live star saw the cinematic side of things and took a car bonnet to the gut for the good of the cause.
