10 Wrestlers Who Have Been "Killed" In 2020

Elias is dead.

You see, most people manage to get through the year without getting killed, and those few who don't normally only manage to get killed once. To get killed twice, well that almost never happens. In fact, if there's anyone on earth that's making a case for having a worse 2020 than the US Government, it's probably Elias. Which, given that he's still unbeaten on TV this year is really quite the achievement.

First off, King Corbin sent him plummeting off the Performance Centre gantry onto the floor below. Now, the terminal velocity of a human body is about 53 meters per second. But up to about 12m/sec you'd likely survive the impact, meaning a 2 second or 20ft fall might not be fatal.

Elias here though is falling backwards, meaning the whiplash on his neck when he impacts the ground would effectively slam the back of his head into the floor with almost twice the force of the fall. This would crack the skull causing internal bleeding, known as an epidural hematoma. With clearly nobody rushing to his aid, this collection of blood would expand within the skull and press on the brain, causing death.

Current Status: Actually Made His WrestleMania Match The Following Week, But To Call Him Alive Would Be A Stretch
