10 Wrestlers Who Insulted Their Opponents With Their Attires

2. The Revival

A dig at themselves as much as it was something to stir up a bit of chaos in the online wrestling community, The Revival's use of a years-old Being The Elite-inspired movement in early-2019 played to the relentless rumours that they were hurrying for the WWE exit after one sh*tty story too far, not least with emerging enterprise All Elite Wrestling keen for such high grade tag talents.

Spinning the #FTR stamp on their trunks as a "Follow The Revival" mantra, many took the idea as more of a reveal that Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson had no f*cks left to give on the main roster.

Oddly enough, the tights formed part of a period that served the last destination of despair for the NXT favourites. Over the course of the year, the pair have finally been pushed to a standard in keeping with their powerful doubles performances. Reigns with both Raw and SmackDown's Tag Team Titles haven't yielded bangers on par with their TakeOver classics, but they're as much a representation of the company's interest in the league at least being back on life support rather than stone dead. That, or the company's own attempt to keep the pair happy and #FAEW has worked a treat.
