10 Wrestlers Who Made Other WWE Wrestlers Cry
5. Seth Rollins Cries For Roman Reigns
In one of the most affecting moments to ever take place in WWE, Roman Reigns had to relinquish the Universal Championship in late 2018 after learning his leukaemia had returned. Fans in the crowd and at home were crying that night so it’s understandable one of Roman’s best friends in the business would also get upset over it.
Roman spoke in his promo in the ring that night of his troubles when he was first diagnosed with leukaemia, "I'm not going to lie, that was the hardest time of my life. I didn't have a job, I didn't have any money, I didn't have a home and I had a baby on the way and football was done with me.” He mentioned how “Right now, the best thing for me is to go home, focus on my family and my health.”
This was all too much for his Shield brothers Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, who met Roman on the ramp on the way up and held him tightly. The three of them had been through so much together at that point, wrestling and seeing the world as a trio. Seth in particular noticeably got upset, who was red-eyed crying and concerned for his friend.
