10 Wrestlers Who Should Have REAL Beef With WWE Right Now
6. Shinsuke Nakamura
This former NJPW star was an instrumental piece of the Japanese wrestling puzzle, as his legacy and star-power made him a significant player in the entire business. When he was signed to WWE, it seemed too good to be true, and after a string of successful NXT matches, and two NXT Championship reigns, things seemed to be going well.
After his dramatic debut to the main roster, Nakamura slowly but surely found himself in a major position. He was even part of a dream match-up at WrestleMania against his former enemy AJ Styles after an impressive Royal Rumble win. Sadly the bout ended up being rather underwhelming and was made worse by the baffling narrative decisions, such as Nakamura's obsession with low-blows and propensity to claim he couldn't speak English.
From there, Nakamura faded into an irrelevant position, with a few notable title runs doing little to his legacy, and his current tag team with Cesaro feeling ill-thought-out, and not matching the grandeur of his reputation.
Thankfully, although Shinsuke Nakamura should have beef with the company, he seems to be rather content with his position, stating that his intention is to make money, after feeling satisfied with his artist years. Still, he really should have beef with WWE for how they have treated his character.
